About The Role We are looking for a
Creative Manager – Art
to join the Brand Creative team in Bangkok. With strong leadership experience, you will develop bold concepts, refine visual storytelling, and mentor designers across multiple touchpoints, ensuring consistency, professionalism, and impact in all communications.
Responsibilities
Creative Leadership:
Partner with Creative Managers to lead art direction and design vision across projects. Drive concept development for campaigns and creatives, including storyboards, online ads, and visual systems. Manage a team of visual designers and collaborate with fellow Creative Managers to elevate our craft.
Concepting & Execution:
Generate fresh, innovative ideas for digital, social, print, and OOH projects. Execute campaigns with hands‑on art direction (50%) while supervising team projects (50%) to ensure high craft and detail. Direct designers on adhering to design fundamentals and present concepts and rationale confidently to stakeholders.
Collaboration:
Work closely with copy and production managers to develop unified campaign ideas. Align creative solutions with Brand Management objectives and brand strategy. Translate project requirements into visually compelling deliverables, manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Team Leadership:
Provide clear design feedback and guidance on shared projects. Assist in the career development and training of designers. Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and design‑driven culture.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
8+ years’ experience, with at least 5 years as an Art Director in an agency or in‑house client‑side setting.
Proficiency with industry‑standard design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Figma).
Working knowledge of Gen AI tools for creative production.
Portfolio of campaigns, digital marketing assets, logos, video ads, and graphic layouts.
Deep understanding of typography, layout, color, art direction, and emerging design trends.
Experience across digital, social, print, and traditional media.
Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate creative ideas and rationale.
Excellent English language skills.
Resourceful, organized, detail‑oriented, self‑starting, and able to manage workload and meet deadlines.
It’s Great If You Also Have
Motion design and animation skills.
Social media content creation.
Knowledge of UX/UI Design.
