Job Description

About this Role This role leads the creative execution of product information pages, and content across our websites. You’ll develop and mentor a Creative team to ensure product photography is shown in a visually compelling format that elevates the customer experience, while managing regular brand launches.

Responsibilities

Lead and ensure that product photography and product content is beautifully shown on the websites to increase conversion

Manage and spearhead brand initiatives, monthly and seasonal product launches

Maintain creative process, workflow and relationships between creative, marketing, merchant, site operations, tech and photo teams to achieve creative and business goals and deadlines

Coordinate closely with photo and color teams to deliver assets on time for seasonal launches

Develop, mentor and performance manage direct reports to achieve individual, team and business goals

Work and communicate efficiently and effectively with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill creative deliverables on time

Coordinate and support up-to-date creative across all US and Global websites

Integrate AI into processes to find workflow efficiencies

Follow and maintain brand identity standards and process guides

Partner with Tech teams to oversee new technology and site enhancements, propose new functionality to improve workflow and the customer experience

Coordinate with brand leads, CEO, Presidents, Vice Presidents and Directors to strategize and execute new initiatives

Directly manage the relationship with creative teams, cross-functional teams and vendors

Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in Visual, Web or Graphic Design

Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

Outstanding communication skills

Experience managing direct reports

Meticulous attention to detail and effective under tight deadlines

Demonstrated record of bringing new ideas to fruition

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing projects

Proficient in Excel and Project Management Systems

4+ years of digital experience

Ability to work onsite in our San Francisco corporate office Monday-Thursday

Compensation The expected starting pay range for this position is $110,000- $120,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job‑related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
