in Coral Gables, FL. This is a full‑time, mid‑seniority position that requires a self‑motivated and certified professional with deep expertise in the Google advertising ecosystem, including Google Ads, YouTube, Display & Video 360, and the evolving suite of tools.
Job Overview We are seeking a hands‑on Google platform specialist to become our resident subject‑matter expert on all things within the Google advertising ecosystem. You will develop and guide clients’ Google media strategies, manage our agency partner status, and ensure campaigns perform at the highest level.
Responsibilities
Act as the agency’s primary subject‑matter expert on all Google ad buying platforms (Google Ads, YouTube, DV360).
Develop and champion high‑impact Google media strategies for our clients, aligning campaigns with evolving e‑commerce business objectives.
Oversee the performance of all Google campaigns, delivering insights and recommendations at campaign and global levels.
Proactively monitor, recommend, and optimize campaigns; manage benchmarks for tactics; research latest trends, product updates, and platform changes.
Lead internal training, workshops, and mentorship programs to elevate the skills of media buyers and strategists.
Collaborate cross‑departmentally with account managers, creative, social media, and data analysts to provide a cohesive, omni‑channel approach.
Manage and maintain agency partner status.
Location: In‑person in Coral Gables, FL; remote work is not offered.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, and DV360.
Proven track record of crafting and executing complex Google media strategies.
Strong understanding of programmatic advertising principles and experience with DSPs, particularly DV360.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate complex concepts to clients and teams.
Leadership or training experience; a passion for teaching and mentoring.
Google certifications (Ads, Analytics, etc.) are mandatory.
Prior agency experience is strongly preferred.
