Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a
Procurement Agent (Associate or Experienced)
to join our team in
Dallas, TX . The successful candidate will support procurement activities for aftermarket goods and services in a fast‑paced environment while learning new skills, solving challenging problems, and experiencing opportunities to grow in the Supply Chain organization. This position acts as an authorized agent of the company with responsibility for managing all supplier‑related activities and the authority to commit company resources through contracts and agreements. Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate or Experienced Procurement Agents.
Position Responsibilities
Perform continuous review and analysis of demand and supply
Prepare and execute proprietary information agreements
Support sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting contracts and agreements
Communicate performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance
Basic Qualifications (Required)
1+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Procurement and strategic sourcing practices and processes
1+ years of experience working in a fast‑paced, collaborative team environment
1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired)
Bachelor's degree and typically 3+ years related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of experience in Supplier Management/Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer
Experience proposing, negotiating, and executing contracts and/or subcontracts in support of US Government requirements

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range (Associate): $54,000.00 - $76,000.00.
Summary pay range (Experienced): $66,000.00 - $94,000.00.
