8:00 - 5:00 Position Summary: This role will support the organization by managing material and scheduling operations to meet internal and external global customer needs. This role executes strategies that provide a positive customer experience, providing outstanding service and satisfaction. To be successful you must be driven, customer focused, and have a sense of urgency. Key Responsibilities: Creating and adding requisitions and purchase orders into the Oracle system. Monitor and update daily reports Planning of work orders from receipt of a sale order, to the shipment of final products. Create and maintain spread sheets to track product lead times, shipments. Keep the organization updated on status of orders. Collaborate with cross functional groups including CSD, Shipping/Receiving/Stockroom, Purchasing, Sales and Engineering. Interact effectively with vendors and production management in problem resolution, performance. Qualification & Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Supply Chain Experience using ERP/MRP systems in a manufacturing environment. Oracle preferred. Experience using Microsoft Excel and capacity planning software. Must have high school diploma or GED Must be comfortable working in a factory/warehouse environment. Excellent communication skills required; both verbal and written. Attention to detail, commitment to quality and a sense of urgency Ability to work in very fast paced environment Excellent follow up skills and ability to multitask Must be able to work effectively with limited supervision
