Phase 1 – Primary Bank Functional Rotations (6 months) Employees work within primary departments, broadening knowledge across functional areas. Phase 2 – Specialized Development Track (6 months) Participants select a specialized banking track that deepens expertise in a core area while sharpening leadership skills.
