Program Overview TEKsystems is seeking Full Stack Software Developers to support a long‑term contract on the MTC‑X program in Aurora and Denver, CO. The role supports the Defense Space Sector and the Joint All‑Domain Command and Control (JADC2) mission, delivering multi‑domain data to the tactical edge. The program is funded through 2030, offering long‑term stability and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and troubleshoot full‑stack applications in Java.
Support HW/SW integration and satellite domain systems.
Work within CI/CD pipelines and Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
Support system integration, testing, and deployment automation.
Required Skills
Java, XML, Microservices
Object‑Oriented Design
Linux and Windows operating systems
Version control tools (Git, Mercurial)
Agile development experience (SCRUM, Kanban, XP)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with C++, C, Python, JavaScript
Virtualized environments (VMs, AWS Cloud Instances)
Red Hat Enterprise Linux
Docker and Kubernetes
Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
AWS Services
DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering
Experience in satellite domain and ground systems
Experience leading teams (Scrum Master, Product Owner, Team Lead)
Interview Process Direct interview with DPM and Engineering Manager. Topics include résumé walkthrough, software methodology, Agile experience, security processes, and hands‑on coding experience.
