Full Time Case Manager

for our

ICMS - Union

program located in

Cranford, NJ

(M-F 9AM-5PM). The Integrated Case Management Services (ICMS) program provides "in vivo" case management services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness with co-occurring substance abuse. Services aim to engage, support, and link clients to recovery-oriented supports and services, maximizing clients’ independence through personalized, flexible, and collaborative services in their natural environments. JOB DUTIES: Provide linkage and referral services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness in the community. Complete biopsychosocial assessments for new client admissions. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral health discipline. 1-2 years of related experience and a valid Driver's License. Preferred experience includes one year in a behavioral health setting. Bilingual English/Spanish, English/Portuguese, or English/Creole is preferred but not required.
