Dashboard Ownership:
Build, maintain, and improve Salesforce dashboards to provide daily visibility for leadership and teams. •
Reporting Accuracy & Consistency:
Deliver standardized, trustworthy reports to support decision-making across business units. •
Cross-Functional Analytics:
Partner with departments to translate business questions into data-driven insights. •
Data Quality Alignment:
Work with Administrators and Developers to uphold clean data standards for reliable reporting. •
Executive & KPI Reporting:
Manage recurring dashboards and reports that track company scorecards and departmental KPIs. •
Trend Analysis:
Identify and communicate trends that support forecasting, revenue tracking, and operational improvements. •
Ad Hoc Analytics:
Serve as the primary contact for analytics requests, ensuring timely and aligned deliverables. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 2+ years of experience in a reporting or analytics role, ideally within a Salesforce environment. • Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboard tools; experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools is a plus. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams. • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.
