Overview

Candidates should have experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing structured cabling systems in various environments. Experience as a Low Voltage Cable Technician and a strong background in installing and troubleshooting structured cabling systems in multiple environments are preferred. Data Cable Technician experience with CAT6 cabling, fiber optic, and surveillance is noted, and industry-specific certifications (BICSI, NEC, TIA/EIA) are a plus.

Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, and maintain various cabling infrastructure.

Run low voltage cabling in buildings; facilities may be up to 2,000,000 sq ft, including drilling concrete walls and limited conduit work.

Qualifications

Experience with CAT6 cabling, fiber optic, and surveillance systems.

Strong background in structured cabling installations across multiple environments.

Low Voltage Cable Technician experience preferred.

Industry certifications are a huge plus (BICSI, NEC, TIA/EIA).

Installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of various cabling infrastructure.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
