Base pay range $100,000.00 / yr - $175,000.00 / yr
The work
Lead and review audits for banking clients. Think larger banks plus select financial institutions
Manage teams, coach seniors, own client relationships, and drive quality and timeliness
Gain or deepen SEC exposure. If you have banking experience, we can teach the SEC piece
What you will get
Hybrid flexibility. Typically 2‑3 days in office per week, with week‑to‑week flexibility

What we are looking for
4 or more completed busy seasons in external audit
Some banking audit experience. Around 30 percent or more of your portfolio in banks, credit unions, or lending is acceptable in this market
SEC experience is preferred, not required
Confident team leadership, client communication, and project ownership
Valid driver’s license and comfort traveling to client sites
Work authorization in the United States. No sponsorship
