We’re seeking a
Designer
who will be responsible for creating commercially viable and innovative product designs across assigned categories and collections. The role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of brand identity. The Designer will deliver cohesive, brand‑right designs that align with overall seasonal concepts and business strategies—integrating style, color, print, fit, and fabric to develop compelling new and existing product lines.
The ideal candidate has a strong sense of trend awareness and consumer insight, using this knowledge to create designs that uphold the integrity and aesthetic of the brand. This individual demonstrates both creative and managerial skill, inspires others through passion for design, and effectively manages multiple projects to meet deadlines and goals.
Key Responsibilities
Create and present designs that reflect the brand’s aesthetic, aligning with seasonal concepts and business objectives.
Execute accurate and detailed technical sketches and tech packs for apparel construction.
Research and interpret emerging fashion trends, materials, and color stories to inform design direction.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with production, merchandising, and technical design teams to ensure design integrity from concept through final execution.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of creativity and accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Exceptional
Adobe Illustrator
skills with the ability to sketch quickly and accurately.
Proficient in
coloring line art
and developing professional digital renderings.
Strong knowledge of
tech packs
and garment construction for apparel.
Experience with
Adobe InDesign
for presentation and layout design.
Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong sense of style, creativity, and passion for the brand and its consumer.
