Sales Recruiter
Join Gentiva's Talent Acquisition team as a Sales Recruiter. This role plays a critical part in our hospice division by leading the front‑end of the full‑cycle recruitment process and owning all recruiting activities within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full‑cycle recruitment for 10–18 sales openings within an assigned region.
Lead intake calls with hiring managers to align on role expectations and interview strategy.
Create and execute strategic sourcing campaigns, including cold calling, text/email blasts, database mining, direct mail, and networking.
Screen and interview candidates, documenting insights in the ATS and submitting qualified applicants for review.
Coordinate interviews, deliver candidate feedback, and partner on offer negotiations.
Provide weekly recruitment updates to hiring managers and regional leaders.
Collaborate with hiring teams to forecast staffing needs and improve recruitment effectiveness.
Maintain applicant tracking and compliance documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
About You Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
Proven experience reviewing resumes and executing high‑volume sourcing strategies.
Strong decision‑making skills and ability to prioritize multiple requisitions.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills at all levels of the organization.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and recruiting tools.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to work independently.
Deep understanding of candidate experience, employment law, and recruitment compliance.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, ideally within sales or healthcare.
Demonstrated success in a metrics‑driven recruiting environment.
Experience with Boolean search techniques and platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and CRM/texting tools.
Strong ability to engage with and influence senior leadership.
