Key Position Functions Include
Receives all customer equipment that has returned from customer locations
Keeps an accurate account of the customer location and well equipment that came from for billing purposes
Loads demand on the shop for a quick turnaround on customer assets so that they can be utilized at their optimum capacity
Coordinates all incoming and outgoing Customer Property
Ensures all Customer assets are always accounted for and staged in the proper marked place
Maintains accurate information on all customer property equipment in the operating system
Utilizes existing customer property to meet customer needs
Monitors processing and billing of customer orders
Monitors Inventory on both customer property and customer property repair parts at the branch levels
Monitors utilization levels on existing inventory and organizes with other districts how assets may be better utilized
Maintains an accurate fleet list, showing the status of each piece of customer property at our location
Works closely with AMS Supervisor, US AMS Manager, and the Field Sales to develop both internal and customer-facing KPIs on Customer Property
Preferred Candidates Will Possess a Combination Of The Following
Minimum 5 years of comprehensive industry experience
Related post-secondary education or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with inventory movement transactions
Excellent written & oral communication skills and interpersonal abilities
Self-motivated, good organizational abilities, and able to work independently
Strong customer service skills (internal and external)
Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
A commitment to workplace health and safety
