Job Description
As a Security Professional - Logistics Patrol Specialist in Bristol, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Logistics & Distribution. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will deter security‑related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence within a busy logistics and distribution location. You will interact with team members and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication at all times.

What You’ll Do
Use proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites.
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education.
Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams.
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service.
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise.
Responsibilities
Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and problem‑solving.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including business premises and perimeter.
Observe and report any irregularities such as security‑related breaches, hazards, or unusual activity.
Assist with controlling access to the facility to deter unauthorized entry.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to maintain a secure environment.
Complete required documentation and reports related to security activities and incidents.
Remain visible and approachable to deter unwanted behaviors and provide assistance to personnel and visitors as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Availability across various days and shifts.
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments.
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company.
Interest in transitioning to full‑time roles when available.
Minimum Requirements
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Subject to a background investigation per federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
