Growth Marketing, Campaign Operations Manager
Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.
Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can hire a new employee anywhere in the world and set up their payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and even third-party apps like Slack and Microsoft 365—all within 90 seconds.
Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $1.4B+ from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, and Bedrock—and was named one of America's best startup employers by Forbes.
We prioritize candidate safety. Please be aware that all official communication will only be sent from @ Rippling.com addresses.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Marketing Operations, Demand Gen, Cross Sell and SDR teams to bring integrated campaigns to life—from ideation to execution to reporting. If you’re a systems-minded marketer who loves optimizing workflows, building efficient campaign infrastructure, and helping turn strategy into measurable impact, this role is for you.
What you will do
Campaign Enablement:
Collaborate with GTM and Content Marketing teams on campaign briefs, translating strategic goals into actionable execution plans.
Landing Page Management:
Build, maintain and test campaign landing pages, improving performance and ensuring consistent lead pipelines to SDRs.
Email & Audience Management:
Set up campaign emails, create and segment target audiences, and measure performance across email programs to optimize engagement and conversion.
Data Integrity & Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve pipeline or data flow blockages across marketing systems (Salesforce, marketing automation, CMS).
Performance Reporting:
Develop and maintain campaign dashboards and reports, providing actionable insights on performance, ROI, and pipeline impact.
Webinar Operations:
Manage end-to-end webinar logistics, including speaker coordination, dry runs, day-of execution, and post-event follow-up workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Serve as the key liaison between Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, and Sales to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly.
Process Optimization:
Continuously improve marketing workflows, campaign setup processes, and data hygiene to enhance marketing efficiency and scale.
What you will need
4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Campaign Management, or Demand Generation, ideally within a fast-paced SaaS or B2B environment.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, etc.), and landing page/CMS tools.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
Working knowledge of SQL preferred.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
