is an experienced group focused on delivering high‑quality assurance services to the organization’s Audit Committee.

Audit professionals work collaboratively in an agile environment to provide value‑added opinions and recommendations across the enterprise.

About the Role Audit Manager – Global Payments Network

Hybrid: Associates spend 3 days per week in‑person at one of our offices and 2 days remotely.

Responsibilities

Plan, perform, and lead large or complex audits at the enterprise level and within diverse lines of business.

Conduct risk assessments of business activities, potential exposures, and materiality of loss.

Design and perform audit procedures, identify and document findings, analyze evidence, and compile concise audit reports.

Leverage data and analytical tools throughout planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases.

Present audit results to management via written reports and oral presentations.

Contribute to the annual audit plan and internal control testing for standardized operations across finance, IT, compliance, credit, and security.

Provide risk‑management advice and counsel to business leadership.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with line management and auditees.

Supervise audit work and provide feedback to junior auditors.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.

Minimum 5 years of internal or external auditing, accounting, financial analysis, information systems, compliance, or risk‑management experience within banking or financial services.

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.

3+ years leading audits and serving as auditor‑in‑charge.

2+ years working with payment technologies (HPE Nonstop, IBM Mainframe, mobile payments, tokenization, cloud, Windows, Linux).

2+ years in the payments network industry (MANIC model, PCI, international payment regulations).

Experience at a leading public accounting or consulting firm in a highly regulated environment.

Professional certifications (CISA, CISSP, CISM, CPA, CIA) are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $144,000 – $164,400 (varies by location).

The role is eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
