AI Agent Engineer

with a strong focus on

large language models (LLMs)

to shape the next generation of intelligent analytics solutions. The Role

The

AI Agent Engineer

will: Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered agents to support analytics workflows. Develop conversational interfaces and autonomous reasoning pipelines integrated with the analytics platform. Research, evaluate, and fine-tune open-source and proprietary LLMs for specific business applications. Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to bring LLM-driven features into production. Stay on top of the latest AI research and apply it to real-world analytics challenges. Candidate Profile

Strong background in

machine learning / NLP , with hands-on experience using modern LLM frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI APIs). Proven track record of building AI/ML applications from prototype to production. Solid coding skills in

Python

(bonus: experience with distributed systems or MLOps). Familiarity with

retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) , embeddings, vector databases, and agent frameworks. Analytical mindset and passion for solving complex technical challenges. Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field (PhD a plus). Fluent English (German is a plus). Benefits & Offer
