Position Summary The

Growth Marketing Specialist

is an innovative and analytical individual. This role involves designing and implementing marketing strategies that align with our business goals, ensuring consistent brand messaging, and driving growth through effective campaigns. This person is a forward‑thinking problem solver with a passion for data‑driven decision‑making and creative storytelling.

Responsibilities Strategy Development

Create and execute strategic, data‑driven marketing plans that align with business objectives.

Identify target audiences, key personas, market trends, and competitive positioning.

Campaign Management

Partner to develop and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and events.

Monitor campaign performance metrics and make data‑driven adjustments based on areas of strategic enterprise focus.

Brand Management

Partner to maintain consistent brand voice and visual assets across all marketing efforts.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive branding in all content and communications.

Market Research and Analysis

Conduct (and partner to coordinate) market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors within areas of strategic enterprise focus.

Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.

Collaboration and Leadership

Work with cross‑functional teams, including content creators, designers, and sales, to execute campaigns effectively.

Present strategic plans and performance reports to key stakeholders.

Content Oversight

Collaborate on content creation, ensuring all deliverables align with strategic goals.

Oversee messaging across social media, email marketing, advertising, website and other platforms.

Requirements Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Strong team player with the ability to work across multiple functional areas.

Exceptional prioritization, multitasking, and time‑management skills.

Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.

Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization.

Experience working with remote teams and coordinating cross‑functional projects.

Experience working with a team of omni‑channel marketers.

While this position is primarily based in our Fort Wayne office, exceptional remote candidates within the United States will be considered in Central or Mountain Time Zones.

Nice to Have

Experience in a marketing agency or corporate/marketing communications department.

Proficiency in Pardot, Google Suite, and social media platforms.

Experience in B2B marketing and account‑based marketing strategies.

Experience in SEO, SEM and/or keyword research.

Experience with B2B inbound marketing campaigns.

Experience in reporting, data and analytics of campaigns.

Familiarity with ERP systems and CRM tools.

Location & Hours Remote with 1‑2 weeks of travel to our Fort Wayne and Fort Worth locations.

Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm ET

Compensation This position offers a competitive compensation package, benchmarked to regional market standards, consisting of a base salary plus the opportunity for quarterly profit sharing after one year of employment.
