Situated on 483 acres with two miles of beach frontage, award-winning golf, an expansive wildlife sanctuary, nature trails and a lagoon complete with paddle boarding, fishing, and a water playground.**About the role**Four Seasons Hotel Puerto Rico is seeking an **Executive Sous Chef** to join our dynamic Culinary Team. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and management for the Kitchen Department by establishing plans of character, integrity, and quality which result in the long-range continued growth and profitability of the department, division and Hotel.**What you will do**The Executive Sous Chef is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, including staff management, menu planning, cost control, and maintaining food quality and sanitation standards.
