Position Description & Key Responsibilities
Oversee content planning, project, and traffic management for the US GWM (Global Wealth Management) Marketing team
Planning and communication between channel marketers, creative teams, and vendors
Lead prioritization and execution of Advisor Forum content (email, podcasts, digital campaigns, etc.)
Partner with the Head of US GWM Marketing and broader team on agency engagement, managing timelines and deliverables
Oversee paid media plan execution, including creative, deliverables, and workflow optimization
Collaborate with the analytics and insights team on content performance and results
Ensure all content aligns with marketing objectives and KPIs
Knowledge of the Wealth Management landscape is a plus, with an understanding of the needs of financial advisors and retail clients
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, economics, or a related field
years marketing / content planning and project management experience in asset management / financial services industry, or with a creative agency
Professional Skills Requirements
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage a large number of ongoing initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to deliver on assigned responsibilities through the use of effective interpersonal and communication skills, seeking cross‑functional input; to‑specification delivery of all projects with a strong ownership mindset.
