Must be able to work with students, community, and peers, and promote a positive environment bringing these groups together. Secondary coaching experience is desired. Ability to motivate and inspire students to be academic athletes and teach fundamental skills. All conditions being equal, priority will be given to certified employees of the District or individuals who have passed the State Athletic Certification program. Individuals must complete a background check prior to coaching. Varsity or collegiate-level experience is preferred. Physical Demands:
