Texas Health Dallas, 8200 Walnut Hill Ln, Dallas, TX 75231 WORK HOURS:
PRN Rotating as needed, including holidays requirements DEPARTMENT HIGHLIGHTS: Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Heart Attack and Stroke Center 10 years in a row, Texas Health Resources has placed #1 on Fortune’s list of Best Workplaces in Healthcare Over 75k procedures performed annually in Diagnostic Radiology Cover ED, Inpatient, Outpatient, and Surgery Equipment – DR diagnostic rooms and portables, fluoroscopy, C-arms, O-arm, robotic angiography systems Team of 40+ staff Holiday rotation required HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED: Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology/X-Ray Technology upon hire required or Associate degree preferred. 1-year radiologic technologist or x-ray technologist experience preferred. Surgery Experience preferred. CMRT – Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist, either by the TDH or TMB upon hire required. ARRT – American Registry of Radiology within 6 months of hire required. BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required. Communication, computer, and venipuncture experience helpful. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Perform imaging procedures with quality and proper processing. Provide patient care with compassion and professionalism. Operate and maintain imaging equipment.
