About the Company A rapidly growing manufacturing company is seeking a
Financial Analyst
to help build and shape its Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven finance professional to play a hands‑on role in developing financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis processes that will directly impact strategic decision‑making and future growth.
Position Summary The Financial Analyst will serve as a key partner to company leadership, responsible for financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis. This individual will help establish and refine FP&A processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful reporting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable presenting financial information to executives and collaborating cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Build and enhance financial planning and analysis processes for the organization.
Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning.
Analyze financial results and operational performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for leadership with clear variance analysis and recommendations.
Partner with operations, accounting, and leadership to align financial results with business objectives.
Present financial findings and insights to management in a clear and concise manner.
Support strategic projects, capital expenditure analysis, and cost‑saving initiatives.
Assist with the implementation of reporting tools and dashboards to improve visibility and efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
3–5 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in a manufacturing or product‑based environment.
Proven ability to prepare and present financial information to leadership.
Strong analytical, modeling, and Excel skills; experience with ERP or BI tools preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial data.
Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in a growing organization.
