About You

You’ll get to know the family and care for the pet year after year. From delivering reliable care, to preventative visits, to being the first one they call when something just feels wrong.

The ideal candidate would be willing and able to provide wellness and sick appointments, perform surgeries, diagnostics, and dental services.

Experience & Skills Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required. State Veterinary Board License and must be in good standing for the state in which they intend to be hired before their start date. An active DEA license or DEA licensure is eligible.

About The Hospital

Chili Animal Care is a small animal general practice hospital in Rochester, New York, focusing on canine and feline wellness, sick exams, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, and more. We invest in our staff’s professional growth and prioritize trust, care, and communication.

Our hours are Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Compensation starts at $120,000/year, negotiable based on experience and credentials.
