Mechanical Drill Operator - 2nd Shift Performs all NC drilling functions required in a PCB manufacturing environment.

Nature of Duties:

Must be able to operate Excellon & Hitachi drill machines, PCB X-ray equipment, and (XRT) X-ray tooling equipment.

Capable of running NC drill equipment in both manual and automatic modes.

Must be able to make scale and step changes, handle delicate components, and load/unload materials.

Experience with Pluritec tooling, Smart parts, or drill cards for setup, visual inspection, and measurements.

Proficient in using measuring devices (micrometers, dial calipers) and scopes to measure hole sizes.

Education and Experience:

2-4 years of experience in drilling and routing operations.

Understanding of process travelers, customer specifications, and tolerances.

Experience in PCB/PWB manufacturing.

Good written and oral communication skills.

Salary range (annual): $43,680 - $47,528. Actual pay will depend on experience, education, certifications, and skills. Benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays and PTO, and possibly stock awards and bonuses.
