Full Time – Day Shift We’re hiring a skilled and compassionate
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
to support patient care in a dynamic rehab setting in
San Leandro, California . This is a great opportunity to collaborate closely with Occupational Therapists and help individuals regain independence through therapeutic activities. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing treatment plans established by the Occupational Therapist Deliver therapeutic interventions focused on improving ADLs, mobility, and safety Document patient progress and communicate updates with the care team Help maintain a clean, safe, and supportive therapy environment Foster patient motivation and participation in therapy sessions Requirements:
