Field Service Technician

for the

Denver

area to perform service work on our filtered water systems, including bottleless water coolers, ice machines, sparkling water dispensers, and coffee brewers. Responsibilities include installations, maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance. The technician acts as the face of Quench, providing positive customer service during site visits. The role reports to the Field Service Manager and involves operating a company vehicle. Hands-on training is provided upon hire. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot products for required repairs Change water filters, clean and sanitize tanks, change UV bulbs, and clear waterlines Inspect for leaks and malfunctions Perform service agreement tasks and other duties as assigned Follow safety policies and procedures Maintain vehicle according to policy Apply technical and mechanical aptitude Use basic tools and transport equipment/tools to customer sites Transfer customer and company information electronically Maintain regular and reliable attendance Qualifications Experience in repair and maintenance Technical school degree preferred Basic computer skills required Microsoft Office experience preferred Good verbal and written skills Ability to learn water cooler repair techniques Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quality and quantity focus Clean work record and pass pre-employment drug screen Physical ability to bend, squat, walk with equipment, climb ladders, and lift 70+ pounds Valid driver’s license At least 21 years old Highlights Hourly Rate: $22.87 - $24.25 Company vehicle and gas card provided Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-4:00PM (may vary) Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision insurance starting day one 401(k) with 50% match up to 6% PTO and paid holidays $22.87 - $24.25 an hour Beware of fake job offers claiming affiliation with our company. • We never request banking or personal information during interviews. • We do not ask for payment to apply or as a condition of employment. • Official emails come from @quenchwater.com.
