What You'll Be Doing Under the direction of the Director of Quality, assists with leading, planning, implementing, coordinating and monitoring the Quality Program and performance improvement plan and activities in the organization; focusing on maintaining an environment of continuous improvement and licensure survey readiness. The Quality Improvement Manager organizes and integrates performance improvement activities, provides consultation and assistance in developing goals, and serves as a liaison for interdisciplinary/interdepartmental performance improvement activities/functions for departments throughout the health system.

What We're Looking For EXPERIENCE: 5 years acute care clinical experience, previous managerial experience, with previous experience in infection control, risk or quality management.

LICENSURE/QUALIFICATIONS: New Jersey RN License; CPHQ Preferred

EDUCAION: BSN Preferred
