As Senior Director, Product Marketing, you’ll lead a team that drives positioning, messaging, launches, sales enablement, and category leadership across our full platform portfolio, including AI and AI Agents, B2B/EDI, API Management, and Data Ingestion. You’ll have the autonomy to define how we talk about our platform, the opportunity to differentiate in a crowded market, and the support of a leadership team that sees product marketing as mission-critical. Team Leadership & Strategic Direction • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product marketers aligned to product lines, customer personas, and verticals. • Set the vision and operating model for Product Marketing in alignment with company strategy and market opportunity. • Cultivate a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous learning within the product marketing team. • Collaborate across the organization to drive alignment on product direction, launch strategies, and go-to-market readiness. Messaging, Positioning, and Evangelism • Own Celigo’s product messaging frameworks and value propositions, ensuring they clearly reflect the advantages of our Intelligent Automation Platform. • Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape to ensure messaging and content highlight Celigo’s differentiation. • Translate technical features into compelling, customer-focused benefits that resonate with both technical and non-technical buyers. • Serve as a spokesperson and evangelist through webinars, thought leadership content, analyst briefings, and customer-facing engagements. Go-to-Market Strategy • Drive go-to-market plans and execution for new product launches, feature releases, and strategic initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Revenue Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless product adoption and pipeline growth. • Partner with marketing leadership to build messaging strategies that support integrated campaigns and category momentum. Sales Enablement • Develop high-impact enablement tools including pitch decks, battlecards, product one-pagers, competitive positioning guides, FAQs, and demo narratives. • Partner with Sales leadership and enablement teams to train, coach, and empower the field on new product capabilities, competitive differentiation, and messaging. • Leverage insights from the internal Competitive Intelligence team to shape narratives, objection handling, and enablement tools. • Ensure sales teams are equipped to effectively communicate Celigo’s value proposition across all product lines and buying personas. Analyst Relations • Act as a key contributor to Celigo’s Analyst Relations program, supporting major industry evaluations such as the Gartner Magic Quadrant and Forrester Wave. • By a member of our core team to develop and position strategy, participate in survey responses, and lead briefing preparation to ensure clear, differentiated representation in analyst engagements. Who are we looking for? Skills & Abilities • Excellent storyteller who can connect platform capabilities to real business outcomes for both technical and business audiences. • Demonstrated leadership and influence skills, including experience working with executive stakeholders and leading through ambiguity and change. • Strong understanding of enterprise automation needs, including iPaaS, APIs, EDI, and AI-powered capabilities. Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Computer Science; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. • 15+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS product marketing, with at least 3+ years leading product marketing teams. • Proven success launching and growing multiple product lines, especially in integration, automation, AI/ML, data platforms, or adjacent infrastructure software. • Experience supporting go-to-market strategies across multiple segments (SMB, mid-market, enterprise) and vertical industries such as retail, manufacturing, software, logistics, or financial services. • Strong track record of delivering cross-functional impact through tight collaboration with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Demand Generation teams. • Experience collaborating with Analyst Relations and supporting high-impact analyst evaluations. • Deep working knowledge of the competitive landscape and how to leverage it for market differentiation. Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $235,000 and $265,000 per year for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
