Location: Birmingham, Alabama
Job Type: Full-Time
Senior Level Salary:$35.00 per hour

Job Overview :
We're seeking a seasoned Full Stack Application Developer (Level 4) to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade web applications. This senior-level role requires deep expertise across the stack, strong architectural thinking, and the ability to mentor and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities :
Lead full-cycle development of scalable web applications Build responsive front-end interfaces using React, Angular, or Vue Develop robust back-end services with Node.js, Java, .NET, or Python Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases Implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments Ensure application security, performance, and maintainability Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers Translate business needs into technical solutions Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field 10 + Years Builds both the front end and back end of a website. The front end that the user interacts with and the back end data storage and processing. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks Strong back-end experience with one or more server-side languages Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Git Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Proven leadership in technical projects Preferred Skills :
Agile/Scrum experience Knowledge of security protocols (OAuth, JWT) Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, JUnit) UI/UX design awareness Relevant certifications (AWS, Microsoft, etc.) What Dover Staffing Offer :
