About the Role
We are seeking a Controller to manage financial operations across two North Carolina manufacturing facilities. In this role, you will:
Oversee accounting functions
across both sites, including AP, AR, payroll, and cash management Lead budgeting, forecasting, and consolidated reporting
for multi-site operations Provide financial analysis
on costs, margins, and profitability to guide strategic decisions Partner closely with operations leadership
to align financial performance with production and efficiency goals Manage audits and ensure compliance
with GAAP, tax, and regulatory standards Develop and mentor a finance team
of five direct and indirect reports Support strategic initiatives

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master's preferred 5-10 years of progressive accounting or finance experience in a manufacturing environment Expertise in GAAP, tax compliance, financial reporting, and internal controls Experience with cash management, forecasting, and audit coordination Strong proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel skills Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities Compensation & Benefits
