Overview
We are looking to add their next leader to the team. Our firm is looking to grow and strengthen our public tax side of the business. We are seeking a Senior Tax Manager that is ready to make the move and start their next great career path. The ideal candidate will bring high ethical standards and make an impact from day one. Responsibilities
Conduct review and have ultimate signing responsibility for more complex tax returns.
Provide tax compliance and consulting to a diverse base of clients.
Review required communications to clients, ensuring completeness, accuracy and compliance with professional guidelines.
Provide timely and complete evaluations and counseling for the staff accountants.
Supervise, train, and mentor tax staff.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, and MST/MBT degree is highly desirable.
7+ years of experience in public accounting.
Prior experience managing tax engagements and signing tax returns.
CPA Certificate.
Proven ability to prepare and review complex tax returns.
Excellent client service and communication skills.
Self-starter, with strong work ethic.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Compensation
$150,000 - $200,000
