Job Summary:

The Stockroom Clerk I is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, handling material movement, and supporting the timely delivery of parts and materials to manufacturing operations. The role includes receiving, inspecting, repackaging, counting, and stocking materials, performing cycle counts, and coordinating with operations to ensure inventory accuracy. The position also involves using SAP and other computerized systems to support inventory management and stockroom operations.

Key Responsibilities: Communicate and coordinate with Operations regarding material management, kit pulls, kanban, milk runs, cycle counts, and inventory transactions Perform material management activities using SAP and certified operator systems Learn and provide support for other functions within the stockroom as required Maintain accurate inventory records via SAP and other computerized databases Perform cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory levels Handle material associated with receiving, repackaging, transacting, counting, and stocking parts in the stockroom and on the manufacturing floor Count, weigh, or measure incoming shipments and verify against invoices, orders, or bills of lading Examine and unpack incoming shipments, recording shortages and rejecting damaged items Route materials to appropriate departments and verify compliance with specifications Track shipments to ensure timely delivery and proper documentation Investigate and resolve discrepancies in receiving logs Assist management in recycling materials within Receiving and Stockroom Collaborate with other departments to provide receiving and stockroom information Ensure all received documents and materials adhere to Plant Policy Required Skills & Experience:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment Ability to stand, kneel, bend, reach, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently without assistance Experience with inventory management systems such as SAP or other MRP systems Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines Basic math and computer skills for accurate data input Preferred Skills:

Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently
