Client Service Associate (CSA)

to provide comprehensive administrative and client support to the firm's lead advisor and team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, client interaction, and helping a busy office run smoothly. The CSA will manage day-to-day operations, assist with OSJ-related compliance processes, and ensure an outstanding client experience from initial contact through ongoing service. Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for the firm-answering phones, greeting clients, and managing correspondence. Schedule and coordinate client meetings, prepare meeting materials, and handle follow-up communications. Assist with new account paperwork, money movements, transfers, and account maintenance requests. Process required minimum distributions (RMDs) and other transactions accurately and on time. Maintain accurate client records in the CRM and financial planning systems. Support OSJ (Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction) tasks such as logging trade reviews, processing documentation, and tracking compliance submissions. Collaborate with the home office and custodians to resolve client and account issues efficiently. Manage incoming mail, maintain office supplies, and support daily operational tasks. Provide proactive administrative support to the lead advisor and team to ensure smooth business operations. Qualifications

Prior experience in a financial advisory, insurance, or professional services office preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems (e.g., Redtail, Salesforce) and NetX is a plus. Familiarity with custodians such as Pershing, Schwab, or Fidelity is helpful. High level of discretion and commitment to client confidentiality. Personal Attributes
