Strategy & Operations Partner . This is a high-impact role designed for early-career professionals who want to accelerate their trajectory in strategy, operations, or leadership. Think of this role as an
executive apprenticeship : direct exposure to CEO-level decision-making, mission-critical projects, and the opportunity to shape the growth of a frontier AI company. Alumni of this role often go on to become senior leaders, founders, or operators in high-growth companies. This role will provide you: Direct exposure
to high-stakes, company-defining decisions. A steep learning curve

into leadership roles in strategy, operations, marketing, or business building. What You’ll Do
Drive Strategic Initiatives Support the execution of high-priority CEO projects, including scaling AI adoption across the company, engaging with PR partners to shape Turing’s external narrative, and evaluating new efficiency plays. Project & Process Leadership Build and run lightweight systems to ensure CEO priorities stay on track. Track deliverables and follow-ups across functions — ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Executive Enablement Prepare concise briefs, meeting prep, and internal communications that allow the CEO and Chief of Staff to move faster. Shadow, plan, absorb, analyze and action priorities alongside our CEO and represent the CEO’s office in meetings with executives and external partners. Research & Analysis Conduct targeted research on markets, competitors, and tools (e.g. AI vendors, PR strategies). Translate insights into recommendations that inform CEO-level decisions. Who You Are
2 - 4 years of experience in management consulting, strategy/operations, business ops, or a founder’s/CEO’s office role. Strong project management skills — highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Analytical and structured thinker who can distill complex problems into clear recommendations. Excellent communicator — crisp in writing and confident in working with executives. Highly proactive — you anticipate needs and act without waiting to be told. Thrives in fast-paced, high-intensity environments and is motivated by impact. What You’ll Gain
