A leading global real estate investment firm is seeking a Capital Markets Associate to join its Los Angeles office. This individual will support capital formation, investor relations/engagement, and client service across a diverse portfolio of real estate and real asset strategies. The role offers high visibility to senior leadership and the opportunity to grow into a client-facing position within a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
This firm will look at senior associates and vice presidents looking to make a lateral as well.
Key Responsibilities:
Support fundraising efforts for commingled funds, co-investments, and separate accounts
Manage pipeline tracking, data rooms, and due diligence coordination
Prepare investor materials including pitch decks, PPMs, and portfolio updates
Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and follow-ups
Assist with investor onboarding, CRM management, and ad-hoc requests
Conduct market research and contribute to strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
2-6 years of experience in private equity real estate, investment management, or placement advisory
Strong financial and analytical skills; familiarity with fund-level models and performance metrics
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Juniper Square and data room platforms a plus
