Supervisor, Media Investment

Digitas North America Digitas is the Networked Experience Agency, delivering Networked Experiences by leveraging data, technology, creative, media and strategy capabilities. We work with leading brands across a global network. This role focuses on leadership of the media investment function with a strong emphasis on advanced video and streaming across cross‑platforms.
Responsibilities
Lead the team on day‑to‑day projects in the advanced video landscape, translating strategies into innovative video plans and building strong client relationships.
Oversee delivery of high‑quality video planning for clients, including applying expertise to new business pitches.
Partner with Precision teams for execution and campaign maintenance, while encouraging cross‑functional communication with activation teams.
Promote a culture of learning and increase visibility of video expertise within the agency.
Qualifications
A four‑year college education and five to seven years of media planning and/or buying experience (with at least three years online), familiarity with Atlas and comparable ad serving technology.
Strong understanding of the streaming video environment and the media planning process, with the ability to adapt to rapid changes.
Exceptional communication skills, including interpreting client objectives and articulating proposed media strategies and recommendations.
Proven ability to teach analytic skills to staff and to develop, encourage and inspire growth.
Willingness to travel as needed.

Compensation Range: $73,910 – $111,320 annually. Pay is determined based on skills, qualifications and experience, with potential adjustments. Regular roles include medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), and paid time off. Application deadline noted as 1/1/2026 where applicable.
