Job Type: Full Time Location: Rosemont, Illinois Pay: Competitive Pay & Benefits What you will be doing

Lead the full omnichannel sales strategy and execution for the PurePlay business, spanning Amazon, eRetail with Big Box retailers, DTC, and B2B. Oversee a team of high-performing channel specialists. Ensure alignment between commercial planning, product launches, and operational execution. Lead the sales planning, execution, and forecasting process across various platforms. Build and own relationships with key retail buyers, vendor managers, and eRetail partners. Negotiate commercial terms with retail partners, ensuring deals align with financial goals and margin targets. Own sales accountability on Amazon and drive marketplace-specific strategies. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, Content & Consumer Journey, and eCommerce Marketing. Own the forecast, revenue goals, and margin targets for all commercial channels. Deliver accurate weekly/monthly forecasts and maintain clean data and reporting. Experience you will need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; MBA preferred. 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in omnichannel or eCommerce-driven consumer products, with full P&L ownership. Proven success in delivering revenue growth, margin targets, and forecast accuracy. Direct experience with Amazon 1P and 3P and using tools such as Stackline or Helium 10. Demonstrated expertise across Amazon, eRetail, DTC, and B2B channels; experience in system/consumable categories is a plus. Deep knowledge of omnichannel sales strategy, retail negotiations, and digital commerce operations. Strong background in account management, including line reviews and promotional planning. Experienced in forecasting, demand planning, and S&OP alignment with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain. Skilled in leading and scaling high-performing, multi-functional sales teams with clear KPIs. Executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functional leaders and senior retail partners.
