As a Senior Data Scientist, Home Health Analytics, you’ll support Humana’s Home Health business by delivering insights that improve care delivery, member engagement, and operational efficiency. You’ll analyze data across marketing and clinical touchpoints to inform strategy and performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting data to real-world healthcare outcomes and driving measurable impact. Responsibilities

Lead analytics that support Home Health marketing and operational initiatives Analyze member engagement, campaign performance, and operational metrics for Home Health services Leverage dashboards and reports to provide visibility and insights into key KPIs Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and strategy teams to align analytics with business goals Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends and opportunities Ensure data quality and maintain documentation for repeatable insights Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights Mine, clean and analyze data from company or external data sources to build predictions of marketing goals and report on campaign performance over time by each channel Use predictive modeling to bring insights into Humana member experiences utilizing regression, random forest, XGBoost models, clustering, and text mining for revenue generation and other business outcomes Conduct power analyses, hypothesis testing, develop marketing A/B test designs, support test implementation, and present statistical findings to business partners Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy Test design and analysis: ensure valid test design, appropriate sample sizing, and statistically significant results; advocate for continual testing, measurement, and iteration Use mathematics, statistics, modeling, business analysis, and technology to transform high volumes of complex data into advanced analytic solutions Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in data analytics, Pharmacy, Business, healthcare, related quantitative field OR 3–5 years of data analytics or data science experience 3+ years of proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and modeling 3+ years of experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) 3+ years of experience with setting up causal inference experiments Experience transforming high volumes of complex data into advanced analytic solutions Experience developing, maintaining, and collecting structured and unstructured data sets for analysis and reporting Ability to create reports, projections, models, and presentations to support business strategy and tactics 3+ years of knowledge of predictive modeling and segmentation techniques Preferred Qualifications

Experience in home health or post-acute care analytics Familiarity with healthcare compliance and privacy standards Master’s degree in a quantitative or healthcare-related field Experience with Snowflake/ Databricks Marketing experience is a plus Experience with Adobe Analytics Work arrangement

Work from home or hybrid home/office. Internet connectivity requirements: minimum download speed 25 Mbps and upload speed 10 Mbps recommended. Satellite, cellular and microwave connections require leadership approval. Employees in CA, IL, MT, or SD may receive a bi-weekly internet expense payment. Humana will provide necessary telephone equipment to meet job requirements. A dedicated workspace free from interruptions is required to protect member PHI / HIPAA information. Travel

Scheduled weekly hours: 40 Pay range: $117,600 - $161,700 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance. Benefits
