Overview
We are seeking a strategic and process-driven Coupa Business Analyst to bridge business objectives with technology solutions. The ideal candidate will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define procurement and spend management processes, translate business needs into Coupa functional designs, and collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure end-to-end delivery excellence. Key Responsibilities
Lead requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and process mapping for procurement and contingent workforce workflows in Coupa. Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and test cases. Partner with development teams to validate designs, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment with business goals. Work with QA teams to review test plans, validate results, and drive issue resolution during UAT. Support process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across P2P and CCW. Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to ensure process compliance, spend visibility, and system integrations. Develop clear documentation, SOPs, and process playbooks to standardize operations. Qualifications
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 3+ years in Coupa (P2P and/or CCW). Strong understanding of procure-to-pay processes, supplier enablement, and approval workflows. Proven ability to work with development and QA teams in Agile or hybrid environments. Experience with ERP integrations (SAP/Oracle/Workday) and data exchange (EDI, cXML, APIs). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. Strategic thinker with a process re-engineering and continuous improvement mindset. Job Details
