This is an at-home position. Location: You must live within a 50-mile radius of Louisville, KY, Aiken, SC, Philadelphia, PA, or Dallas, TX. Responsibilities

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Research and review shipments to determine error made at the time of entry Maintain minimum productivity standards set forth by the UPS Air SmallPack Brokerage Division Accurately calculate the value of duties and perform general data corrections Scans documents into the imaging system, following all timeliness and security guidelines Preparation of Post Entry documentation in accordance with established UPS procedures and US Customs guidelines Prepare reports/presentations and/or analyze data using various software packages and databases Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, including providing information on US Customs regulations Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent Minimum of 2 years' experience working for a Customs Broker, specifically with entry writing experience -

Required Customs Broker License -

Preferred Basic knowledge of US Customs operations, laws and regulations, and other government departments Proficiency in Microsoft Office Accurate and rapid data entry Excellent verbal and written communication skills Position Details
