Training and Culture Development:
Design and deploy comprehensive HSE training programs to foster a Zero Harm culture. Enable site managers to conduct site-specific training sessions, toolbox talks, and safety workshops that boost workforce engagement and awareness.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Serve as the primary HSE liaison with executive leadership, clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies. Ensure site HSE managers are fully aligned with corporate objectives and maintain open communication channels with project directors and external stakeholders.
