Skill Requirements

Strong background in project management, change management, and agile methodologies.

Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively lead project teams and interact with stakeholders.

Experience in implementing agile frameworks, such as scrum, kanban, or lean, to deliver successful projects.

Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to address project challenges and drive solutions.

Certification in scrum (CSM), agile (PMI-ACP), or project management (PMP) is highly desirable.

Certifications: Scrum Master (CSM), Agile (PMI-ACP), or Project Management (PMP) certification is preferred.
