The Opportunity We're looking for a highly independent, creative, and motivated Senior Analyst to join our lean investment team. This isn't a typical, siloed PE role. You will be deeply involved in
every stage
of the investment lifecycle: from sourcing and creative deal structuring to hands‑on portfolio company management and, ultimately, managing exit processes.
This position offers direct mentorship from senior partners and unparalleled exposure to C‑level executives and a broad range of healthcare sub‑sectors. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who is eager to take on significant responsibility and contribute to all aspects of our firm's success, from investment execution to firm development.
Key Responsibilities
Investment Execution:
Lead financial modeling (LBO, DCF, etc.), valuation analysis, and all aspects of transaction diligence (financial, operational, market).
Deal Sourcing & Structuring:
Actively source and evaluate new investment opportunities. Assist in developing creative investment theses and structuring complex transactions.
Portfolio Management:
Work directly with portfolio company leadership to drive value creation through strategic planning, operational improvements, C‑level recruitment, and executing add‑on M&A.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare focused investment memorandums, data analysis, presentations, and LP reporting materials.
Candidate Profile
Experience:
2–4 years of high‑performance experience in investment banking, private equity, or strategy consulting.
Skills:
Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
Mindset:
A proactive, curious, and independent worker. Must be a creative problem‑solver who can manage ambiguity and take ownership.
Interest:
A demonstrated, genuine interest in healthcare services.
Academics:
Strong academic background from a top‑tier university.
Commitment:
Willingness to be in our Ridgefield Park, NJ, office 5 days a week.
