The Sr Account Manager at Ironworks will be responsible for leading key client initiatives and overseeing the growth and development of direct reports to meet our client’s objectives. The main responsibilities of this role are to drive client satisfaction, cross-functional collaboration, and seamless communication, delivered through disciplined project execution. Management And Supervision: Responsible for guiding direct reports and agency partners to deliver work with excellence; serve as an escalation point, coach and mentor to direct reports; build trust and accountability with agency/organizational partners that support client deliverables. Client Leadership & Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with assigned business unit partners and extended agency and Enterprise teams; affirm trust with clients through consistent communication and value-added engagements; manage client relationships in a solution-oriented way; monitor and manage the financial performance of client accounts, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Strategy Planning & Brand Stewardship: Communicate business unit objectives and strategies to agency team members; create creative briefs aligning to client’s objectives; apply a data-first mindset to campaign creation and measurement. Project Oversight & Execution: Develop scopes of work and budgets; lead ideation, development, execution, and measurement of projects; foster trust and collaboration within agency work groups; act as a coach and partner. Adaptability: Navigate tactical and strategic conversations; manage complex projects and timelines; maintain focus and resilience during change and high activity. Qualifications
Considerations For Top Candidates Four-year degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work-related experience Experience managing multiple clients and competing priorities Experience in marketing agency scope and budget development Experience leading direct reports and supporting career growth Budget management experience up to $5MM Experience in a digital-first agency, leading integrated marketing campaigns Client relationship leadership experience Strategic mindset with strong project management and cross-team collaboration Development and execution of marketing communications strategies with examples in sales material, digital strategy, product launches, and messaging platforms Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and accountability for client portfolio growth Ability to inspire clients and partners and navigate competing ideas to address client needs Ability to manage multiple projects without sacrificing quality Data-driven problem solving and client conversation facilitation Emotional intelligence and ability to influence across the organization Empathy to deliver insights that drive creativity and relationships Lead by example with accountability and excellence What You Will Get
