Senior Associate Attorney – Commercial Litigation
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Associate Attorney
to join our litigation team. This is a client-facing role handling complex commercial disputes in
real estate, construction, and banking litigation . You will take ownership of cases, lead trial strategy, and deliver exceptional results for clients who trust us to protect and defend their businesses.
This is not a training role. We are looking for a litigator who can step into first-chair responsibilities and drive matters forward with confidence and independence.
What You’ll Do
Manage cases from intake through resolution, including trial.
Act as
first-chair
in jury and bench trials.
Direct and mentor junior attorneys and support staff.
Develop strategies for complex litigation matters and communicate them clearly to clients.
Represent clients in real estate, construction, and banking disputes.
Build and grow your own book of clients with firm support.
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Licensed in Missouri and Kansas.
Minimum 7 years of litigation experience.
First-chair trial experience
(jury or bench).
Proven ability to manage significant case loads and deadlines.
Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented office.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong background in
real estate, construction, and banking litigation.
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the motivation to drive business growth.
