Overview
DataRobot is hiring a Director of Product Management for SAP Business Apps to define, execute, and scale our SAP-integrated agentic applications portfolio. You will drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise-ready AI applications that deliver value across industries, ensuring tight integration with DataRobot’s platform and the broader SAP ecosystem. The role aims to help enterprises unlock AI’s full potential in their strategic business processes while maintaining security, governance, and extensibility. Key Responsibilities
Work with partners and customers to define requirements for applications that deliver value in Finance, Supply Chain, Business Planning, and other enterprise functions. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build intelligent, autonomous workflows powered by SAP connectors and enterprise data models. Partner with SAP ecosystem teams to ensure seamless interoperability, compliance, and alignment with SAP best practices. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform product direction. Translate customer and market needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and GTM strategies. Define and track success metrics for adoption, business impact, and customer satisfaction. Act as a subject matter expert internally and externally, presenting product capabilities to customers, partners, and industry audiences. Stay ahead of trends in AI, agentic systems, and enterprise business applications to guide future innovation. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong understanding of enterprise workflows as it relates to a relevant field such as Finance or Supply Chain. Proven track record in enterprise product management, ideally with SAP-integrated solutions. Familiarity with SAP systems (e.g., S/4HANA, SAC, Datasphere) and integration patterns, including connectors, data models, and governance frameworks. Experience defining and delivering applications that combine AI-driven decision-making with enterprise-grade security and compliance. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities. Seniority level
