Overview

Remote Hospice Triage RN - PT 4:30a-10a rotating Sat & Sun 4:30-10a CST with IntellaTriage. This role involves providing remote hospice triage nursing services and supporting client care teams after hours. Responsibilities

Provide remote nursing triage for hospice and home health clients according to client-specific protocols. Access EMRs for charting and use internal applications to perform job functions. Participate in remote paid training and complete required charting and documentation duties at end of shifts. Distribute care within a fast-paced environment and act as an extension of the client’s care team during non-core hours. Maintain privacy and HIPAA-compliant work space; ensure quiet, distraction-free environment. Pick up additional shifts when available; adhere to schedule requirements (minimum 2 shifts weekly; every other weekend). Qualifications

MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license; states with pending or future implementation dates are not considered current compact states until implementation date. You must reside in and work from a Compact US state; must remain in good standing with active home state license. Experience with hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care; experience in fast-paced environments (ED, critical care, surgical services) is preferred. Must have high-speed internet and be tech savvy with keyboard competence. Fluency in English required; additional languages are a bonus. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and able to complete three weeks of remote paid training. Must be available to work every other Saturday and Sunday and some holidays; able to handle stress and multitask during calls. Must pass background and nurse licensing checks and maintain CEUs as designated by applicable states. Benefits

All Remote Hospice Triage RNs are paid $23 per hour after training; opportunities to increase hourly rate. Shift differentials: +$1 for overnights and +$1 for weekends (Saturday & Sunday). PTO accrual based on hours worked; eligibility for 401(k) plan; medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurances for full-time nurses.
