Research Scientist, Computational Biology (Seed AI-for-Science). Responsibilities: contribute to building structure-centric, multimodal models for structure prediction, functional modeling, and de novo molecular design. Work with a cross-disciplinary team of ML researchers, computational biologists, and chemists to advance biology and drug discovery. Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to tackle cutting-edge scientific challenges in molecular modeling. Contribute to the design, training, and optimization of large-scale models for structure prediction across diverse biomolecular systems, addressing challenges such as conformational sampling, binding affinity estimation, and de novo molecular generation. Translate insights from structural biology, experimental data, and physical principles into scalable model architectures and generative algorithms. What We Offer

PhD in Computational Biology, Structural Biology, Computer-Aided Drug Design (CADD), Biophysics, or a related field, with publications in top-tier journals or contributions to widely adopted tools. 1–5 years of industry or postdoctoral experience with a proven track record of applying computational tools in drug discovery or molecular biology. Extensive experience with computational tools and workflows in structural or computational biology, including molecular dynamics (GROMACS, AMBER), docking (AutoDock, Glide), quantum chemistry (ORCA, Gaussian), structure prediction and design (Rosetta, RFDiffusion), or analysis of cryo-EM/X-ray data. Hands-on experience integrating wet-lab and computational data, and applying structural or biological insights to address complex biological problems. Proficiency in programming and scientific computing (Python, C++, bioinformatics pipelines). Strong scientific curiosity, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to quickly learn new concepts and tools. About Us

Compensation: The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $177,688 – $341,734 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, and location. Total package may include discretionary bonuses, incentives, and stock units. Benefits vary by location and role; employees have day-one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and paid time off. The company reserves the right to modify benefits programs at any time.
